Our Curated Themes
Your Questions, Answered

Getting started is simple.
Reach out through our contact form and we will follow up within 24 hours, answering any questions along the way. Once we have received all the information we need for your event, we will send you a contract and you will pay a 50% initial payment to secure your date and time.

It's your event and you are free to invite as many guests as you wish!
Please be aware that the set up and food might not accommodate any additions. We will do our best to accommodate any add-ons with at least 7 days notice (additional fees apply).

If you need to reschedule your date, we are happy to do so with at least 7 days notice. The new rescheduled date must be within 90 days of the original booking.
If you need to cancel your event, we do not offer refunds on your 50% initial payment; however, we offer credit that can be applied to a rescheduled date.

If unpredictable and inclement weather conditions (extreme colds/winds) come up, we are happy to reschedule to another available date within 90 days of your original booking. Please provide us at least 24 hours notice.
Alternatively, if you are unable to reschedule your date, we’ll do our best to accommodate and make the experience enjoyable despite the weather.
Possible options include:
If the event is at your home, we can move the setup indoors if there’s adequate space.
Adjusting the start time to avoid poor weather.
Tent rental, for an additional fee.
Moving the event to a different venue or under a covered patio.

Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages: Certainly — you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.
If you prefer to simply arrive and relax, we can handle all details for you. Explore our available food and beverage selections, or for larger groups we can organize full catering services.
Alcohol: It is the responsibility of the Client and guests to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for one of our picnics. Most public parks prohibit alcohol consumption, unless utilizing one of the permitted reserved areas.
