Hi, I'm Sara, a WPIC-certified wedding planner and the owner of Fleur & Flourish Events.

My love for event planning started long before it became a business. I've always been drawn to bringing people together, creating beautiful spaces, and finding joy in the details that make a celebration feel truly special. Over the years, I naturally became the go-to planner for friends and family, organizing everything from bridal showers and bachelorettes to birthdays, baby showers, and intimate gatherings.

What I love most about this work isn't just creating beautiful events, it's creating experiences where people can be fully present. I believe your wedding or celebration should feel exactly that: a celebration. Not a day spent answering questions, managing timelines, or worrying about whether everything is happening the way it should.

As a self-proclaimed perfectionist with a calm, organized approach, I thrive on managing the details behind the scenes. From vendor coordination and logistics to styling and guest experience, I take care of the moving pieces so you can focus on making memories with the people you love.

My favourite moment is seeing a vision come to life. Watching an idea evolve from conversations, inspiration photos and mood boards, to a beautifully executed celebration never gets old. Seeing guests walk into a space, hearing their reactions, and watching people connect and enjoy themselves is what inspires me every time.
