General Questions:

    There are a variety of packages offered for our picnics and tablescapes, as well as many curated themes to choose from.

Luxury Picnic/Styled Tablescape Questions:

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form and we will follow up within 24 hours, answering any questions along the way. Once we have received all the information we need for your event, we will send you a contract and you will pay the 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time.

  • It's your event and you are free to invite as many guests as you wish! Please be aware that the set up and food might not accommodate any additions. We will do our best to accommodate any add-ons with at least 72 hours notice (additional fees apply).

  • To book your event you will pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. While we do not offer refunds, we offer credit so that the deposit can be applied to a rescheduled date. If you need to reschedule your date, we are happy to do so with at least 7 days notice. The new rescheduled date must be within 90 days of the original booking.

  • Refunds are not available due to unpredictable and inclement weather conditions (extreme colds/winds); however, we are happy to reschedule to another available date within 90 days of your original booking. Please reach out to us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking to let us know you wish to reschedule.

    Alternatively, if you are unable to reschedule your date, we’ll do our best to accommodate and make the experience enjoyable despite the weather. Possible options include:

    • If the event is at your home, we can move the setup indoors if there’s adequate space.

    • Adjusting the start time on the same day to avoid poor weather.

    • Erecting tents (tent rental available for an additional fee).

    • Moving the event to a different venue or under a covered patio (venue fees may apply; we strive to minimize any extra fees).

    We reserve the right to reschedule your picnic if the predicted weather can cause any water damage to our supplies and equipment.

  • You are responsible for all event items for the duration of the booking. Please notify us immediately of any items that are lost or damaged. You will be charged an itemized replacement fee for any missing or irreparably damaged pieces. Reasonable wear and tear is expected, such as occasional spills, and will not incur charges.

  • We will remain on site until your scheduled start time and kindly ask that you arrive promptly so you can enjoy the full experience and we can honour other bookings that day. If you have not arrived within one hour of the start time, we reserve the right to pack up the event. Please note that the events end time will not be extended due to late arrivals. No refunds will be made for late arrivals or no shows.

    If for any reason you may need to leave the event early, please let us know as soon as possible so that we have someone available to take down the event. If located in a public space, the event rentals may not be left unattended under any circumstances.

  • Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages:

    Certainly — you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

    If you prefer to simply arrive and relax, we can handle all details for you. Explore our available food and beverage selections, or for larger groups we can organize full catering services.

    Alcohol:

    It is the responsibility of the Client and Guests to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for one of our picnics. Most public parks prohibit alcohol consumption, unless utilizing one of the permitted reserved areas. Fleur and Flourish Events takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties occurred.
